I first put together this routine a few nights ago to combat some sudden hormonal acne…the first night it was a bit too drying so I was sure to add in more hydration! This lineup really helped me so I wanted to share it with you all:

COCONUT OIL Forever!!

Ok! I know, I know… coconut oil had a moment there for awhile, and then it kinda went down in a blaze of well…coconuts!

🥥 Overnight Foot Mask

Slather a decent amount onto feet & massage in, concentrating on rough spots like heels. Throw on your fave fuzzy socks & wake up with incredibly soft, smooth feet! Yay

🥥 Body Ritual

If you have dry or sensitive areas on your body, gently massage in this luscious Coconut Oil to deeply soothe, hydrate & calm any irritation.
